Lil'TipSea is a downstairs apartment conveniently located within walking distance to two free public beach accesses and shopping, dining, and more at Topsail Beach Town Center making it the perfect getaway for a small family or group of friends!

Inside Lil'TipSea:

Enjoy a private entrance, full kitchen, living room, full bath, two queen beds, linens and towels included, & a driveway large enough for your boat.

Once inside, you'll find a full kitchen and living room with an island that can double as a workspace. Rest easy at night with two bedrooms, each with a queen bed and in-room ACs.

The living room features a couch that converts to a queen bed or accommodates a Pack 'n Play for additional sleeping spaces for little ones. The bathroom includes a bathtub/shower combination, and linens and bath towels are included at no additional charge.

The following amenities are provided at Lil’TipSea at no additional charge-

-Two bath towels, washcloths, and complimentary soap per guest
-1 roll of toilet paper, 1 roll of paper towels, 1 trash bag, dish soap

-Rainy day activities in the living room ottoman (coloring books, board games, DVDs, cards, etc)
-Rokus on all TVs (living room and both bedrooms), standard cable, and apps for your streaming services.
-Pack 'n Play and couch bed make up the additional sleeping areas from the bedrooms.

Nearby Lil'TipSea:

Lil’TipSea is located in the heart of historic Topsail Beach between two public beach accesses (Empie & Haywood) with free parking, a short .2 miles (3-5 min) walk from the house.

Take in the stunning sunset views on the sound by relaxing on the public benches at the kayak launches in the neighborhood. Just down the road is Topsail Beach Town Center, you'll find restaurants, gift shops, and entertainment options. You can choose from the fishing pier, roller skating rink, arcade & putt-putt, or wine bar with live music.

There is also the Missiles Museum for tours on rainy days and weekly BINGO nights with prizes. For those seeking action, stop at the outdoor activity store that offers services from rentals of beach sporting equipment to lessons.

Bringing a boat? Put in at Bush Marina a few blocks south. Don't have a boat? A local captain in the neighborhood offers sunset cruises and charters to a barrier island that leaves from The Breezeway Dock.

What should you bring or know?

Our no pets policy is strict. 

Guests will be required to e-sign a rental agreement, provide a valid government ID, and provide a refundable $100 security deposit that will be held on a card starting the day before your reservation and released 2-5 days after checkout if no damage is found. Please don't hesitate to ask me any questions during this process; this complies with NC law and all booking platforms' rules. Failure to sign the agreement, provide the ID, or provide a security deposit is grounds for the reservation to be canceled at no plenty to the host..

Rates & Availability

Cancellation Policy: Ninety-seven percent (97.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 30 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
