Hi! I’m Sara, your host while at Lil’TipSea.

I’m looking forward to virtually showing you around my town and helping you have a great experience. I bought my beach house to enjoy with my friends and family and when we’re not here enjoying it, I like to share it with others as a vacation rental.

I'm originally from Wilmington, NC, where I now reside. When I visit Lil'TipSea I usually bring with my two dogs, Hamilton and Boitano. Aside from the beach, my dogs, and skating, I also love traveling. I’ve stayed in some fantastic shared spaces around the world. My favorites are below-

I knew I wanted to host others when I was able to purchase on Topsail. After booking, guests get access to my house guide with recommendations for what to do in the area and I hope to share more of my favorite things about Topsail with you here.
